Self-care is so important, but often neglected. We tend to put ourselves second (or third, fourth, last) after our relationships, our jobs, our social activities. PHYSICAL
Get outside and go for a walk
Learn some new dance moves
Take a hike down an unknown trail
Play with animals
Take a nice, hot shower or bath
Rearrange your furniture or add some new home decor (such as fresh flowers)

Turn on your favorite song and put it on repeat
Find a quiet place and meditate
